Modernizing to Enhance Functionality

Bentley University is one of the nation’s leading business schools. Jennison Hall is one of the University’s oldest classroom buildings.

BVH provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing/fire protection and technology design services for the state-of-the-art renovations of an existing 4-story academic building housing classrooms, teaching laboratories, faculty offices, and administrative spaces. The scope included enclosure of an existing porch area, reconfigured classrooms, renovated toilet rooms, new offices and administrative areas, new MEP/FP systems and MAAB accessibility upgrades.

The new labs provide more functional space for teaching and allow professors to offer interactive lab courses, integrating lecture and lab work.
