Jim Norton, a Vice President at BVH, has more than 15 years of experience at BVH. His extensive portfolio includes master planning, new construction, and complex renovations, with a special focus on the design of mechanical systems for healthcare facilities. Dedicated to serving his clients, Jim’s recent experience includes work at Baystate Health, Nuvance Health, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, and Pratt & Whitney.

His client-centric approach to projects, coupled with his technical expertise, has played a significant role in growing key markets at BVH, especially in the healthcare and advanced manufacturing sectors. Jim leads by example and builds strong teams with clear communication and dedication to his co-workers and clients.

When not designing the next hospital surgery suite, chiller plant, or high-tech corporate space, Jim enjoys all things sports. He particularly enjoys golfing, playing with his two Beagles, and spending time with family and friends.
