Olive and Thomas J. Watson, Jr. Pavilion Greenwich, CT The new Olive and Thomas J. Watson, Jr. Pavilion opened in 2005 and included a new Emergency Department entrance ramp with designated parking. The scope of the project involved 163,000 SF of new construction and multiple renovations, and included new medical, surgical and oncology beds; pediatric inpatient and outpatient units; new medical ambulatory unit; physical medicine suite; outpatient alcohol recovery program; geriatric outpatient clinics; expanded emergency department; conference center; and underground parking. BVH also designed modifications to the central plant including a new energy-efficient absorption chiller |
