Living-Laboratory Environment East Hartford, CT The Two Rivers Magnet School is a 120,000-SF, 3-story building with a dramatic entrance lobby. Set on the banks of the Connecticut and Hockanum Rivers, the new school provides a "living laboratory" environment for a hands-on science curriculum designed for an active approach to learning. Advanced technology is integrated into all the instructional areas, including a laptop computer for each student and teacher. There are also computer labs, media center, and a television studio. |
