Bringing People Together in both Business and Civic Life

Connecticut Convention Center

Hartford, Connecticut

Built as part of a comprehensive effort to bring resources and renewed energy to the capital of Connecticut, the Connecticut Convention Center is a state-of-the-art venue offering the space and infrastructure components that major conventions, conferences and trade shows look for when they select a location.

With over 145,000 square feet of exhibition space, it is the largest convention facility between New York and Boston, featuring exceptional highway access at the intersection of Interstates 84 and 91.

In addition to its expansive exhibition hall, the Connecticut Convention Center offers a 40,000-sf ballroom and 25,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as ample parking. The facility is served by over 6,500 local hotel rooms, including the new adjacent Hartford Marriott Downtown.

The Convention Center was built on the easternmost edge of downtown Hartford's Adriaen’s Landing, a 33-acre development that incorporates major meeting, lodging, entertainment, retail, cultural and residential elements designed to make the site a local, regional and national destination to live, work and play.

The convention center celebrates Hartford’s history and renewed future as a regional center of business, technology and culture. It also connects to city life and capitalizes on its fantastic site, overlooking the Connecticut River.
